By registering for a Workshop or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate in our Workshops.

2. Workshop Materials

All content provided through the Site, including slide decks, code examples, and resources, is for educational purposes only. The materials are:

• Provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• Intended for personal learning and non-commercial use
• Protected by applicable copyright laws
• Accessible only via passcode distributed to registered participants

You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly share the workshop materials or passcodes without prior written consent.

When you register for our Workshops, we collect the following information:

• Email address — to send workshop-related communications
• Phone number — to send reminders and updates about upcoming sessions

Our Workshops reference and use third-party tools and services including, but not limited to:

• Supabase, Vercel, GitHub, Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, and Browser Use

Each of these services has its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

The Workshops and Site are provided for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy or completeness of workshop content
• The availability or functionality of third-party tools referenced
• Specific outcomes from applying techniques taught in Workshops

Participation in Workshops is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the materials or tools discussed.
